Feb 21st, 2013 - Letter to the President
Mr. President and those in Government,
When one examines the language of the current ideology put
forth by those officials elected by free men to represent them, one finds a continuing
series of false notions that stem from either incongruous opinions or are insincere
blatant lies.
The logical explanation why emotionalists put forth the idea
of limiting firearms by way of the Constitution is founded in fantasy and has
zero actual representation in the Constitution itself. When a Supreme Court Justice makes up a
fiction of language by adjunction of his own ideas to the end of the Amendment
he is committing a lie and probably a crime (perjury is the act of swearing an
oath and then by actions making that oath false). When a President says that Congress and he
have the authority to ignore an Amendment they too are being duplicitous and
are in clear violation of their authority.
The questions that come to mind are: Why and How?
Why would elected members, whom swore and oath to protect
the Constitution be the first to believe they have the right to ignore certain language
in it? There are only two possible
answers: They are ignorant of the Constitution or they are intentionally
ignoring it. The reasons for why either of those are
possible are irrelevant, because they are still both, illegal.
Once they decide to bypass the Constitution, how exactly
does it happen? After all, they are
elected officials and shouldn’t the people be aware of what is occurring? President Wilson was a mastermind at this and
he figured out how to use the emotionalism of the time to push for change that
was neither good for the country nor safe for Liberty. So it
now, as it was then, mostly an emotional response that allows officials to take
the black marker to established law. Not
logic. Not evidence. But emotion.
Is not emotion the least of the great works when it comes to the
interaction of the self and respect of the others? For emotion is an liquid that is mutable and
fills the shape of the container. One
day happy the other day fearful and on until the circle comes back around. If, logically, one were simply to wait the
fear and worry about guns would dissipate and be left with the emotional state
of the people as they were before hand.
Only a fool would believe emotion should be followed in such a case.
This leads to the point.
There are parts of the Constitution that the elected officials use to
ensure that they have the authority to override other parts of the Constitution. These officials live by cannibalism! Eating away the fabric of the language around
them but roosting in protective stance over the pieces that keep them in
power.
So corrupt has it become that it seems to be the proper
thing to do, for an individual of power to ensure his own control, to eat away
the Host around him, but protect those items that keep him safe. The question then becomes, if it is okay for
the goose, should it not also be okay for the Gander? If it is okay for you to erode The People’s 2nd
amendment, then is it not also okay for the People to roost on it and protect
it and by doing, feed on the Host of Article II?
What a dizzying intellect you must possess if by the shear obviousness
of this argument that you haven’t bothered to examine it or perhaps the great
inner working of the universe has been revealed to you alone and this obvious Hypocrisy
that the current government regurgitates on its own people, on all of us, the
children of America, is simply the idiocy of my intellect. But I doubt it.
It appears to me that those in power live by a double
standard of theft and slavery for us, but believe themselves beyond the reach
of such despicable ideals.
You, are the leader of the United States, a country founded
on a principle of individuality, freedom, Liberty, and the value of Estate (physical
worth – including the body human). Our
Liberty and freedom are our own to define and protected by the
Constitution. Those that feed on that document,
and eat away its meaning, will find eventually, that the doctor of the soul of
this Country has left them to the winter.
Those later, whom write history will be clear as to the cannibalism of
those that would eat away freedom for a few pounds of power. The flesh of this country eaten by those
sworn to protect it will be the epitaph of our time.
Jefferson reminds us: If a law is unjust, a man is not only
right to disobey, his is obligated to do so.
If only you could see those words and take them to heart and
stop obeying the injustice and theft of our Liberty.
