Jan 24th, 2013 - Letter to Diane Feinstein

To the office of Diane Feinstein (just sent):
The bill of Rights was a document designed to protect individuals from manipulation and control by outside sources. We can simply call this control Tyranny.

Your unconstitutional arms bill you just introduced is in direct violation of the very vow you took when becoming Senator. Either you are ignorant of the law and the responsibility of how the Constitution works or you just ignored it and proceeded to propose a subversive, if not down right traitorous, act against the highest document in our nation. Don't be fooled. You think this is about guns and gun owners. It is not. It is about the process of constitutional change and definition and the fact that you refuse to follow the law! For, the second amendment says, "Shall not be infringed". It does not include any exceptions. In order for the second Amendment to include exceptions, you would need to change the constitution! Of course that would never carry in this country, so instead of changing the Constitution, you are simply ignoring it, which, if not a crime, should be. Shame on you.

If we were talking about ignoring any other amendment even you would be up in arms... this implies that it is a personal agenda and NOT for the protection of the country and its values.

Not only will I not support your anti Constitutional insanity I will oppose you at ever pass and continually flood my representatives and all that will listen as to why the very nature of what you want is illegal, unconstitutional, and down right unamerican.
